This is a picture I painted for my dad for christmas this year. It is 11" x 14" on 140 lb watercolor paper. 

 

Sketchbook 2012 - Carrots

This is a page from my sketchbook.  My mother gave me a batch of carrots from her garden, so of course, I had to paint them before I ate them.  They weere YUMMY.

 

Artist Trading Cards

I just recently found a site that hosts Artist Trading Card (ATC) Swaps.  This is where artists join a group who create miniture works of art (2.5"x3.5") and trade them with other artists.  It is similar to trading baseball cards. 

I made these cards for a swap called "Seuss on the Loose" on the site atcsforall.com.

I love Dr. Seuss book.  I remember reading them when I was a kid.  I still get a chuckle when reading them now.
